YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: In the online shop, all items will either show a ‘to-fit’ size, or you can click on the ‘Size Guide’ and find out what the recommended ‘to-fit’ size for that item is. ‘To-fit’ will be measured in inches and either be a chest or waist measurement, dependent on the garment.

Please try on your new garments as soon as you get home in case they do not fit (see below).

Q: What if I order the wrong size?
A: You will need to email Stitch Design at online@stitchdesign.co.uk, giving them your order reference. State which item(s) need to be exchanged and for which size(s). As long as you do this by the Sunday cut-off, your new items will be available to collect on Wednesday. Please bag up the items you are returning and bring them along, with your ORIGINAL order confirmation, to exchange.

Q: What if I do not have online access or a card to make a payment with?
A: Order forms will be available at the Uniform Shop, when open. You can complete and hand it back to Stitch Design staff, however please note that if things are busy there may not be an opportunity to get your order at the time and you will need to return the following week to collect.

Q: I am unable to get to the school to collect my order. What should I do?
A: During term-time, orders for collection will be held at reception for collection at any time. During the holidays they will be kept at the Uniform Shop until collected, or you can pay a postage charge and select a Home Delivery during the ordering process. If you choose this option, you should allow an additional week for delivery.

For all other questions please check the Help & Support section of the website at www.stitchdesign.co.uk or email online@stitchdesign.co.uk

Please order your uniform as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Thank you
